betone operates a Know Your Customer programme as part of its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. As part of this programme, betone may at any time request that you submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence); and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals on the Platform.
Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until satisfactory documentation is provided. betone reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where KYC requirements cannot be fulfilled.

By making a deposit on the betone Platform, you warrant that the funds being deposited are your own lawfully obtained personal funds, are not the proceeds of any criminal activity, and that you are the authorised holder of the payment instrument used. betone reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where deposits appear inconsistent with the player's stated profile or where anti-money laundering obligations require further scrutiny.
No Third-Party Deposits: Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified by betone will be returned to the originating account and may trigger an account review.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts are fully verified under betone's KYC procedures. Players whose accounts remain unverified, or where verification is pending, may not submit withdrawal requests until the verification process is completed to betone's satisfaction.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, provided that method supports outgoing transfers. betone does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or payment instruments that were not previously used for a deposit on the Platform.
betone aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable security and verification checks. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed faster than card-based withdrawals. betone cannot guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. betone reserves the right to impose a reasonable administrative fee on withdrawals that it determines are being submitted in an abusive or irregular pattern.
Where a player's account balance includes funds derived from a bonus award, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed in full before those funds — or winnings attributable to those funds — become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the withdrawal amount.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Following investigation, betone may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or identity falsification, betone reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and reverse any processed withdrawals to the extent permitted by applicable law.
